The fund represents an investment option that integrates financial sustainability criteria with a firm social commitment.
The fund belongs to the “GLOBAL Investment Fund” category. It is based on quantitative and flexible management, aimed at investors with a moderate risk profile and an investment horizon of more than 5 years. This fund promotes environmental or social characteristics.
The fund’s aim is to achieve returns that “clearly outpace inflation while minimising losses during periods of adverse market conditions”.
It invests in companies that produce alternative energies to minimise environmental impact, or that specialise in energy efficiency, water treatment or waste management, among others.
The fund is managed flexibly and therefore does not use any benchmark index.

The management and administration of the fund is mainly governed by the following investment criteria:

The fund invests between 0% and 80% of its portfolio in equities, depending on an indicator developed by the management team — the Market Timing Indicator (which incorporates, among other inputs, the VIX Index, the AAII Investor Sentiment Survey and the put-call ratio).

Currency risk exposure ranges from 0% to 100% of total exposure. Up to 10% of the fund’s assets may be invested in other collective investment funds, whether or not they are UCITS, and whether managed by Creand or by third parties, provided they qualify as eligible assets.

The fund’s portfolio is made up of global equities and global bonds that follow ESG (environmental, social and governance) criteria, with the allocation varying according to market conditions.
